With this silicone mould, you can easily create stunning mini mangoes!

Designed to make creative baking accessible to beginners, this mould allows you to create ultra-realistic individual desserts. It perfectly replicates the shape of a small mango and is suitable for making 16 desserts. Each trompe l'oeil cake measures approximately 57 x 35 mm and is 26 mm high.

Unlike our large Mango model, this mould is ideal for preparing bite-sized treats ready to enjoy at a catering buffet.

A complete kit for making sophisticated trompe l'oeil cakes

This trompe l'oeil silicone mould is suitable for both baked and frozen preparations. Withstanding temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, it can be used in both the freezer and the oven. It is perfect for making frozen desserts, such as mousse entremets or frozen desserts. For example, you could create a cake with a mango-passion fruit centre and an exotic mousse.

Supplied with a pastry cutter, the Mango 30 mould allows you to directly create a shortbread base and a delicious insert. Simply fill each cavity with your fruit mixture. Add the crunchy centre, cover, and let set.

You can create the illusion of a real mango by decorating your mini desserts with yellow and orange airbrush coloring. Or you can also use velvet spray.
