The Slake mold from Pavoni Italia comes with a cutter perfectly suited to its shape, allowing you to create both a biscuit base and delicious inserts for your desserts. While the silicone mold can withstand temperatures up to 250°C, the cutter is not oven-safe.

Prepare your insert and mousse, then fill the 3D mold cavities with them. Place everything in the freezer and let it set long enough to easily unmold your desserts.

First, make the crisp biscuit using the cookie cutter and bake it. Once your frozen desserts are removed from the freezer, place them on a wire rack to glaze them.
