Description Cécoa Paris silicone log mold with insert

Thanks to its included insert , you can easily make a Christmas dessert with a delicious center. For example, with melted chocolate, caramel, ice cream or fruit mousse .

Like all Cécoa Paris molds, it withstands temperatures ranging from -40°C to +230°C. It can therefore be used for both baked and frozen desserts .

Made from 100% food-grade silicone , this log mold is easily removed to reveal your pastry creation without deforming it.
